2:2 Process Technician

About the Role

Protech are looking for experienced Process Technicians to perform work with our client located at a World Class Pilbara mine site on a 2:2 Roster.

• Pay rate: $60/h Flat rate
• Start Date: June 9th, 2026
• 2 Swings with potential for ongoing
• Super on all hours

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping and conducting thorough plant inspections, assist with minor maintenance duties, escalating asset health and production issues
• Fault finding in a fixed plant environment & conducting quality risk assessments
• Operating large scale processing plant equipment, sizer and cone crusher, overland conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, train load out
• Operating small mobile machinery equipment for clean up activities, including skid steers, forklifts and loaders
• Collaborate with supervisors and metallurgists
• Working with SAP and communicate issues to Production, Maintenance and Metallurgy teams
• Exposure to simple isolations and group isolations

Qualifications & Certifications

• Minimum C Class Manual WA Drivers License, HR Drivers License (highly desirable)
• White Card – Essential
• Previous experience within a Mineral Processing Plant including crushing and screening circuit and working near conveyer belts and live equipment
• Wet plant experience preferred
• Front End Loader, Bobcat & Forklift Experience (Desirable)
