About the Role

SRG Global is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Asset Services business. This is a senior, hands‑on commercial role supporting the successful delivery of complex projects across our operational portfolio.

You will work closely with Project and Commercial Management teams to provide high‑level commercial, financial, and contractual expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end commercial and quantity surveying management of projects
• Claim preparation, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Contract administration in accordance with NZS 3910
• Management of variations, extensions of time, and subcontractor claims
• Subcontractor procurement and supplier payment management
• Accurate invoicing, financial reporting, and timesheet oversight
• Supporting strong project governance, compliance, and risk management
• Contributing to a strong safety‑first culture across all projects

About You

• 7+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Strong contractual and legal knowledge, particularly NZS 3910
• Proven experience in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen with a profit‑focused mindset
• Experience working within large construction or industrial services organisations
• Solid computer skills, particularly Excel and ProCore (desirable)
• Remediation or complex building projects (desirable)
