What you’ll be doing

• Own and evolve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, audits and governance frameworks
• Lead business process re-engineering and transformation across systems (ERP, CRM, service platforms)
• Drive operational excellence through automation, data and cross-functional integration
• Deliver end-to-end transformation projects with measurable business outcomes
• Partner with leaders to embed quality, performance and risk ownership across the business

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in quality, business excellence or operational transformation(8+ years)
• Strong background in ISO 9001, audits and governance frameworks
• Experience embedding processes into systems and workflows (ERP/CRM/platforms)
• Ability to lead cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset — understands how quality drives efficiency, risk reduction and margin
