Project Manager – Remote Operations

Location: Talison Greenbushes

Roster: 8:6 or 4:3 roster (DIDO from Perth or local applicants encouraged – Talison Greenbushes)

Salary: $140,000 plus super

We deliver integrated solutions across Catering, Retail, Cleaning, Facilities Management and Administration, supporting people working in remote mining and resources environments.

THE POSITION:

Lead and support site operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery across all services.

Drive a positive safety culture and ensure all operations comply with company health, safety and food safety standards.

Work closely with Unit Managers and the Account Manager to deliver contractual outcomes and operational excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Monitor site performance including budgets, food costs, labour and operational efficiencies.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and service delivery improvements.

Provide leadership, coaching and support to site leaders and operational teams.

Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of site teams.

THE PERSON:

Proven experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within remote sites, villages, hospitality or facilities management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams across multiple services.

Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, costs and financial performance.

Strong understanding of WHS, food safety and compliance requirements.

Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

A proactive problem solver with strong organisational and communication skills.

FIFO, DIDO or remote operations experience highly regarded.
