The Opportunity
As the Site Manager, you’ll be the senior presence on site, responsible for driving installation and delivery across complex projects.
You’ll be trusted to lead from the front, manage competing priorities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading site execution, sequencing and coordination of works
- Managing subcontractors, trades and performance outcomes
- Maintaining commercial control, cost management and margin protection
- Acting as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders
- Driving safety, compliance and quality standards
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks and resolving issues early
This role is about ownership, accountability and delivery—not just supervision.
About You
You’re a hands-on operator
who knows how to run a site properly.
You bring:
- Proven experience managing complex project sites (construction, ICT, electrical or similar)
- Strong ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing cost, risk and delivery
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
