Monadelphous is seeking interest from Project Managers to join our Mining and Minerals North West Region working across upcoming and current projects. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive management support to the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.
• Efficiently utilise and manage resources, structure and skills to successfully deliver projects
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Manage the financial performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets
• Manage the performance of the project team to achieve targeted project outcomes
• Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with managing projects, servicing maintenance shutdowns, civil and electrical capability and brownfields upgrades within the mining sector
• Proven experience developing project/construction schedules, work packs, and progress reports
• Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management
• Strong analytical skills (variations, proposals, business cases, financial analysis)
• Proof of right to work in Australia with no restrictions
• Ability to do site visits and a FIFO roster is a must
• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline or relevant trade qualification
