Monadelphous is seeking emerging engineers to join our APIP (Australian Power Industry Partners) team to assist in the delivery of power infrastructure projects. The positions are Brisbane-based, with regular travel to site required.

APIP are an experienced high voltage services contractor delivering end to end project solutions for transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure across Australia. A new addition to the Monadelphous Group, APIP is well positioned to build on our reputation as agile, solutions focused HV specialists.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Early engineering, planning and pricing, supporting Precontracts teams
• Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Support and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial).
• Coordinate work pack reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness and alignment with project requirements.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions.

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical)
• Relevant on-site industry experience in the resources, engineering or construction industry.
• HV Infrastructure Experience in design or field work preferrable
• A methodical approach including good time management, detail oriented, organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
