Project Controller

Your new companyYou will be joining a large, future‑focused organisation delivering a major portfolio of sustaining capital projects across multiple processing facilities. You’ll be working alongside experienced project, engineering, and commercial professionals who value accuracy, continuous improvement, and strong governance in project delivery.

Your new roleAs the Project Controller, you will be a key member of the project leadership team, partnering closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule, cost, and risk performance across the portfolio.
Your role will include developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, preparing detailed cost profiles, undertaking probabilistic analysis, and ensuring all project control processes meet governance standards. Performance reporting will be a major component, ensuring stakeholders have accurate insights into project status and trends. This is an office-based role in Brisbane only on a 5/2 roster, with occasional travel to site iwhen required.

What you’ll need to succeed• Demonstrated experience in project controls on large‑scale projects (>$100M)
• Strong skills across schedule, cost, and risk management
• End‑to‑end planning experience with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced capability using MS Project and Excel
• Experience working with SAP, Contruent, and Power BI for analytics and reporting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and advise project leadership
