• 8/6 roster with day and night shift rotation
• Camp and meals provided on site at Mt Carlton Gold Mine
• BIBO from Townsville

About The Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Process Operator with Loader ticket to join a gold mining operation, focusing on plant operations and production efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Monitoring and controlling processing plant operations
• Operating crusher, mills, conveyors, and feeders
• Ensuring continuous and efficient production output
• Conducting routine checks and reporting plant performance
• Operating loader as required within the plant

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience as a Process Operator in mining
• Loader ticket with demonstrated operating experience
• Strong understanding of crushing and processing circuits
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts (8/6 roster)
• Commitment to site safety and procedures
