About the Role

Our Global BHP Technology function is undergoing an exciting transformation journey and moving towards more modern ways of working. Be part of a global Product team that partners with our Operations and Functions to drive improvement and innovation in safety, culture, productivity and social value through the application of world class technology.

As part of the Corporate Functions & GBS Technology  Supply team, you will report directly into the Product Manager and work closely with Product Owner to Define strategy, Roadmap, Solution design and Architecture for Inventory & Materials Management Solutions. This role is based in Australia (Perth), or Singapore (Marina Bay).

In this role, your key accountabilities will include:

• Support the development and maintenance of the technology strategy and functional roadmaps for Inventory & Materials Management (SAP & Non-SAP) applications and ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and business needs.
• Manage application lifecycle to keep the application current and relevant for the business, ERP and Non-ERP Applications
• Responsible for solution design and architecture governance for Inventory & Materials Management(core SAP Inventory Modules as MRP).
• Identifying new solutions and optimization opportunities that will improve the relevance and performance of the Global Blueprint Solutions.
• Perform high level solution design for enhancements or changes, incorporating the new design into the existing Global Blueprint Solutions for Inventory and Materials Management.
• Support the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under Inventory and Materials Management
• Accountability for the ownership and ongoing maintenance of all Blueprints within the assigned Supply application areas.
• Provide subject matter expertise to technology projects and DevOps teams to drive collaboration within the team to ensure effective execution of solution design on projects and other activities.
• Engage with stakeholders in technology and business for technology trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements.

About You

As a successful candidate you will possess the following:

• Demonstratable experience specializing in the design and architecture of Inventory module & strong in-depth knowledge of MRP (Classic and Live).
• Design, configuration and implementation experience including integration with SAP Plant Maintenance Module, Source to Pay & Warehouse & Logistics processes
• Working knowledge of other related functional areas like Supply Chain, Warehousing & experience working with Logistics modules like LE-TRA & TM would be an added advantage
• Demonstrate experience with industry best practices and implementing these into application business processes and solve business problems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience working with S4 HANA and products such as Remote Logistics Management, SAP Field Logistics, Integrated Business Planning will be beneficial
• Team working skills, capable of engagement and influence different stakeholders and ability to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users.
• Experiences with Agile thinking and ways of working is required.

Desirable Skills

• Relevant SAP Materials Management Certification is desirable.
• Any additional certifications in Supply Chain Domain would be helpful.
• Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is an advantage.
• Verbal and written Spanish communication skills would be beneficial. About Our Process
