About the Role
With continued growth across our business, WesTrac is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our leadership team.
Based in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role will see you providing high-level administrative and coordination support, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll be the backbone behind effective scheduling, communication, and stakeholder engagement—playing a key role in enabling leadership to perform at their best.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, multitasking and working autonomously while staying connected to a broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Arrange events, meetings and site visits
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of administrative processes
About You / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
