Join the Macmahon Surface Team as a Site Administrator at the Nifty Copper Project to provide high level support to project and be responsible for data entry of daily production reports and labour hours, assisting with on-boarding process for new starters & assisting with HR/ Payroll and Accounts Payable duties as required.

About the Role

• Full Time Permanent Position

About you

• Have relevant experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and/or relevant systems.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to work on a FIFO or site-based roster.
• Strong Microsoft Office operation skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Proven experience managing a varied workload
• Previous exposure to site-based administration
