• Permanent FIFO role from Perth, 8/6 7/7 roster with 6% site allowance
• Newly created Security Officer position at Agnew Gold Mine
• Security qualification or relevant experience required

The Opportunity: You’ll work closely with a diverse team to maintain a safe and secure environment across the mine site. You’ll make a meaningful impact by protecting people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

What You’ll Do • Manage gatehouse operations, including verifying personnel, vehicle and contractor access to site in line with site access and security procedures • Patrol and monitor site facilities to ensure security and safety compliance • Respond to incidents and provide support to emergency situations • Maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities • Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued

What You’ll Bring • Security qualification or relevant experience in security operations • Previous experience in mining, FIFO, or industrial site security desirable • A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
