About the Role

We are seeking multiple experienced Operators to join an on‑going tailings dam and haul road construction project on a 2 weeks on/1 week off roster, day shift only.

• Dozer / Excavator Operators
• Watercart / Roller Operators
• Scraper Operators
• Grader Operators

You will be working across a large‑scale civil mining environment, contributing to critical infrastructure works including tailings dam construction and haul road formation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant RII tickets for the equipment you operate
• Demonstrated experience operating in civil or mining environments
• Experience in tailings dam operations, large‑scale subdivisions and/or civil mining projects would be highly regarded
• Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical
• Ability to complete all relevant site inductions
