Perth Head Office | 8 Days On / 6 Days Off Roster
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Mobilisation Coordinator to join our People team based at our Perth Head Office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth, compliant and timely mobilisation of employees and contractors across our multi‑asset mining operations.
This position operates on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, supporting both operational delivery and work‑life balance.
About the Role
'Reporting to the Mobilisation Supervisor, the Mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all site access and mobilisation requirements, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sites, EHS, and resourcing teams to deliver accurate and timely mobilisation outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating site access, medicals, police clearances, licences and inductions
- Maintaining accurate mobilisation and compliance records within INX systems
- Liaising with site and corporate stakeholders to manage approvals and escalations
About You
You have experience working in a mobilisation, site access, or compliance‑focused role within a mining or heavy industry environment. You are highly organised, confident dealing with multiple stakeholders, and take pride in maintaining data integrity.
You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience in mobilisation or site access coordination
- Strong working knowledge of INX software (InTuition / InFlight preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to SharePoint
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
