Mining Trainer & Assessor

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor with a strong background in production mining to join our clients team on a long term temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing others, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to a high-performing mining operation.

About the Role:

• Deliver training and assessment across production mining equipment and operations
• Conduct VOCs, onboarding, and refresher training
• Support workforce capability and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Work closely with operations teams to promote safe and efficient practices
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation

About You:

• Proven experience in production mining
• Certificate IV TAE 40104
• Strong understanding of site safety standards and mining procedures
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Highly Regarded Experience On:

• Production face shovels
• Production excavators
• Production wheel loaders
• D11T & D10T track dozers
• 24M & 16M graders
