About the Role

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our expanding Service Delivery Team. This role is responsible for carrying out the inspection, overhaul and assembly of mechanical equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and performing maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant and equipment across a range of client projects throughout Western Australia’s Southwest region. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading original equipment manufacturer specialising in innovative materials handling solutions for the mining sector.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on mining sites.
• Mechanical Fitter trade certification.
• C-class Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Licence to perform High Risk Work.
• Current (within last 2 years) certifications for:

• Entry & Work in Confined Spaces
• Working at Heights
• Gas Test Atmospheres

• First Attack Firefighting Equipment certification.
