We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Superintendent - Non-Processing Infrastructure to take ownership of the critical assets and infrastructure that sit beyond the processing plant at our Mt Magnet Gold Mine.

You'll lead the people, planning and maintenance strategies that keep these assets reliable, available and ready to support our busy mining operation.

The Role

• You'll bring structure, forward planning and a strong reliability mindset to our non-processing infrastructure.
• Working closely with planners, the maintenance operational trades and contractors, you'll ensure maintenance activities are well scoped, risk assessed and prioritised, while keeping a close eye on asset condition, emerging risks, critical spares and recurring failures.
• Develop maintenance strategies for vehicle fleet, village and accommodation services, plumbing electrical, refrigeration and building services for the site.
• Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure planning and prioritisation of activities for the team.
• Oversee the capex and opex budgets for Non Processing infrastructure areas.
• Ensure inspection, certification and compliance records are in place for all regulated assets.

About You

• We're looking for:
• A maintenance leader who enjoys the challenge of managing a diverse portfolio of assets, rather than focusing on a single plant or equipment type.
• Strong maintenance planning and asset management capability, sound commercial judgement and the ability to balance immediate operational requirements.
• Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification and substantial leadership experience.
• Section 26 certifications; and
• West Australian C Class (manual) driver's licence and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance.
