About the Client:

Our client is a leading mining and civil construction company operating in the Pilbara region. They specialise in large-scale infrastructure and road expansion projects, delivering high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently. What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking experienced Loader Operators (Cat 950 or equivalent) to join a road expansion project in the Pilbara. This role involves 12-hour shifts on a 2/1 roster, operating in a safety-focused, structured environment.

You will operate heavy machinery, primarily Cat 950 loaders, to support road construction and civil works. Duties include moving materials, maintaining safe operations, performing routine machine checks, and assisting the site team as required to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

What You Will Need:

Minimum 5 years loader operating experience (Cat 950 or equivalent)
Current Loader Ticket
HRWL
White Card
C Class Manual Drivers License
Rio Tinto inductions (desirable)
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and DAS
Police Check (within 6 months)
Strong safety awareness and commitment to compliance
Ability to work effectively in a team on a FIFO/DIDO roster
