Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Hand / Landscape Labourer for our client, a popular family entertainment venue near Spearwood. This ongoing role offers opportunities for skill development and stable hours and an immediate start.

General Hand / Landscape Labourer
Spearwood Location
Monday to Friday, Typically 7am - 3:30pm
$35 - $45hr + super (pending experience)
Long-term and strong opportunity for skill development

The Role

• Operating machinery including bobcats and excavators for site preparation and landscaping tasks
• Paving and concreting as needed
• Carrying out reticulation and irrigation system installation and maintenance
• Conducting landscaping duties such as new planting, garden bed creation, deadheading, pruning, and removal of shrubs and plants as needed
• Maintaining lawns and grounds through mowing, whipper snipper operation, weeding, fertiliser application, and general upkeep
• Performing other manual tasks including shovelling, digging, rubbish removal, garden waste disposal, cobweb clearing, and debris cleanup
• Undertaking other basic repairs and routine maintenance of grounds and landscape features

Requirements

• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Construction white card
• Previous experience working as a General Hand / Landscaper (minimum 1.5 years' strong experience)
• Physically fit and able to complete manual labour, and comfortable working outdoors with changing weather conditions
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test
• Ability to provide a clean national police clearance
• Full working rights
• Tickets for bobcat and excavator operation are advantageous
