Northern Star Resources is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Subiaco based corporate team on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. This role supports both corporate and site-based operations and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term IT career within a collaborative and technically skilled team.

About the Role

Here is what awaits you.

  • Deliver friendly, responsive IT support to employees and contractors via the Service Desk
  • Monitor, resolve and escalate IT incidents and service requests in line within a timely manner and escalated as required.
  • Troubleshoot end‑user computing issues (desktops, laptops, networks, printers, mobiles, and common business applications)
  • Manage user accounts, access changes, and terminations across systems
  • Plan and deliver small IT projects including hardware refreshes and application upgrades
  • Procure, manage, and securely decommission IT hardware, software, and data
  • Maintain system security, documentation, dashboards, and asset registers in line with company standards
  • Undertake other duties as required

About You / Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum one year of Level 1 IT support experience is required across end‑user environments including Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra and Adobe Acrobat, with mining or complex remote‑site experience highly regarded.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot and prioritise under pressure, and a proactive, professional approach to improving system performance, security and reliability.
  • Qualifications: A degree majoring in computer studies from a recognised tertiary institution, or demonstrated equivalent work experience, is required. ITIL certification and/or experience working within an ITIL framework is desirable.
