Job Description

About Liontown

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia's most exciting emerging lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Project in Western Australia is in active production ramp-up, supplying high-quality spodumene concentrate to global battery supply chains. As we grow from developer to producer, we're building the team and capability to match our ambition.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced IR professional to own and lead Liontown's investor relations function. You'll be the primary interface between our Executive Leadership Team and the investment community — shaping how domestic and international capital markets understand and value our story.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll work closely with the CEO/MD, Company Secretary, and Board, and play a central role in all capital markets activity as Liontown continues to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Liontown's IR strategy, aligned with corporate and capital markets objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, retail shareholders, and equity analysts domestically and internationally.
  • Lead investor engagement programs including roadshows, conferences, site visits, and results briefings.
  • Support continuous disclosure obligations — drafting and coordinating ASX announcements, quarterly reports, results materials, and investor presentations.
  • Monitor and analyse the investment community's perceptions of Liontown, including shifts in institutional interest, short positions, and shareholder register movements; provide regular reporting to ELT and Board.
  • Track equity research coverage and analyst models, maintaining constructive relationships with covering analysts to ensure accuracy and consistency with ASX announcements.
  • Monitor competitor activity, sector news, and macroeconomic developments relevant to the lithium and battery materials sector — synthesising intelligence and briefing leadership on emerging themes.
  • Own the IR digital presence including the Liontown website, LinkedIn, and shareholder communications.
  • Support capital markets transactions including equity raises, analyst days, and strategic investor processes — coordinating roadshow programs with corporate advisors, brokers, and custodian banks.
  • Prepare executive briefing packs, Q&A documents, and talking points ahead of investor-facing engagements.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 7+ years' experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, corporate advisory, or financial communications.
  • Demonstrated IR experience in an ASX-listed company, ideally resources, mining, or materials.
  • Strong working knowledge of ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure obligations, and ASIC guidance.
  • Credible communicator with institutional investors, analysts, and corporate advisors.
  • Outstanding written skills — able to translate complex financial and technical information into compelling narratives.

Highly Regarded:

  • Familiarity with the lithium, critical minerals, or battery materials sector.
  • Experience supporting capital markets transactions or major operational transitions.
  • Exposure to international IR programs and ESG reporting frameworks (TCFD, GRI).
  • CFA, MBA, or postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Why Liontown

  • Be part of a genuine growth story at a critical inflection point — production ramp-up, global interest, and strategic momentum.
  • Direct access to and influence with the CEO/MD, CFO, and Board.
  • Perth-based with domestic and international travel.
  • A values-led culture grounded in Safety, Integrity, Ambition, and Respect.
