With a clear path to deliver on our vision to become a 500,000oz gold producer by FY30, our current growth projects are a key part of achieving this goal. These key developments include major processing plant upgrades at the Mt Magnet operations, and the exciting greenfields development of the Rebecca-Roe Mine Operations which will include a new mine, camp, processing plant, aerodrome and extensive civil, power and services infrastructure.

Building a New Team

To deliver these projects to a high standard, we are looking to secure Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Managers with experience in the successful delivery of a wide range of mining related construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the delivery of mining construction projects across camps, roads, NPI services and processing areas.
• Manage contractors and consultants to ensure safe and quality execution.
• Oversee a team responsible for the design development and technical reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Monitor progress, cost and schedule, addressing risks, delays and variations early.
• Drive strong project governance, reporting, approvals and change control.
• Ensure works meet regulatory, environmental and permitting obligations.
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, HSE, operations and commercial teams.
• Support commissioning, readiness and handover to operations.

About You

You are a highly experienced Project Manager with extensive experience in the mining industry, delivering a broad range of multi-disciplinary projects.

You bring sound technical judgement, strong contractor‑management skills and the ability to keep design, construction and stakeholders aligned.

You can demonstrate:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Solid experience managing mining or heavy‑industry construction projects for an owner or EPC environment.
• Broad understanding across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopes involving camps, roads, NPI services and processing.
• Demonstrated capability in contractor management, commercial oversight and contract administration.
• Good knowledge of overseeing project controls, including cost forecasting, scheduling, risk and change management.
• Ability to critique and validate engineering designs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence engaging contractors and internal teams.
• High safety standards and familiarity with mining regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Ideally experience of the full project life cycle including supporting commissioning, operational readiness and handover of new assets.
• Completion of Schedule 26 examination to meet statutory competency requirements for relevant roles required.

These permanent positions may be site based (8/6 roster, FIFO only from Perth) or Perth based, Monday to Friday. Ramelius offers a competitive salary package with generous short and long term bonus incentives, a share option program and health insurance rebates.
