Deliver onsite training and induction sessions
Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers
Assist in coordinating external trainers and assessors’
Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes
Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required
Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives
Support Training and assessment activities as required

Your Opportunity

Primero is looking for a Trainer and Assessor to help build safe, capable teams on a major desalination project with a collaborative, can-do culture.

Roster: 2:1

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite training and induction sessions
Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers
Assist in coordinating external trainers and assessors’
Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes
Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required
Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives
Support Training and assessment activities as required

What You ‘Can Do’

Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations.
Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
Experience developing and managing training needs analysis.
