- Deliver onsite training and induction sessions
- Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers
- Assist in coordinating external trainers and assessors’
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes
- Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required
- Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives
- Support Training and assessment activities as required

Your Opportunity
Primero is looking for a Trainer and Assessor to help build safe, capable teams on a major desalination project with a collaborative, can-do culture.
Roster: 2:1
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite training and induction sessions
- Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers
- Assist in coordinating external trainers and assessors’
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and assessment outcomes
- Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required
- Support the implementation of approved training and development initiatives
- Support Training and assessment activities as required
What You ‘Can Do’
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position, within the construction or resources industries
- Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations.
- Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Experience developing and managing training needs analysis.
