About the Role

As a Graduate Human Resources professional, you will be a valuable member of a dynamic team, contributing to our organisational success and providing quality service to our employees.

Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will be exposed to a variety of roles contained within the Human Resources section of our business across sites and assist with a variety of personnel services. This provides our Graduates with the opportunity to develop a wide understanding of the strategic nature of Human Resources. This can include items such as recruitment, job advertisements and candidate selection, maintenance of personnel records, responding to real-world employee enquiries and concerns, developing site-wide policies and procedures, staff training and learning, and development. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders in your field in the following locations:

• Mount Isa, QLD (Residential)
• McArthur River Mine, NT (FIFO)
• Murrin Murrin Operations, WA (FIFO)

About You

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) or similar (prior to commencement)
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
• Exhibit an openness and willingness to learn
