We are seeking graduating or recently graduated university students to join our Graduate Program commencing February 2027. As part of a global mining organisation, you’ll play a meaningful role in our operations while building a strong foundation for a long-term career. About the Role

As a Graduate Human Resources professional, you will be offered a permanent position within our HR teams, gaining hands-on experience in people and organisational management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting recruitment processes, including job advertisements and candidate selection
• Maintaining personnel records and responding to employee enquiries and concerns
• Assisting in the development and implementation of site-wide policies and procedures
• Contributing to staff training, learning, and development initiatives
• Participating in site rotations to gain exposure across multiple operations

Graduate Development

About You

You will be:

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) or a related discipline (completed prior to commencement)
• Committed to working safely and contributing to a strong safety culture
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop professionally
