General Hand / Landscape Labourer

About the Role

Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Hand / Landscape Labourer for its client, a popular family entertainment venue near Spearwood. This ongoing role offers opportunities for skill development, stable hours and an immediate start.

• Location: Spearwood
• Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7am–3:30pm
• Pay: $35–$45 per hour + super (pending experience)
• Long-term opportunity with strong potential for skill development

The Role

• Operate machinery, including bobcats and excavators, for site preparation and landscaping tasks.
• Carry out paving and concreting as needed.
• Install and maintain reticulation and irrigation systems.
• Carry out landscaping duties, including new planting, garden bed creation, deadheading, pruning, and removal of shrubs and plants as needed.
• Maintain lawns and grounds through mowing, whipper snipper operation, weeding, fertiliser application and general upkeep.
• Perform other manual tasks, including shovelling, digging, rubbish removal, garden waste disposal, cobweb clearing and debris clean-up.
• Undertake other basic repairs and routine maintenance of grounds and landscape features.

Requirements

• Valid Australian driver's licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Minimum 1.5 years' strong experience working as a General Hand / Landscaper.
• Tickets for bobcat and excavator operation are advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to complete manual labour, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
• Ability to provide a clean national police clearance.
• Full working rights.
