About the Company

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production. Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing. About the Role

Lead fixed plant mechanical teams to safely deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring asset reliability and availability targets are met. Run pre-starts, ensure compliance, coach execution, coordinate work priorities, and support safe, high-quality handback and clear shift handovers.

Key Responsibilities

About You / Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience within maintenance department of a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter
• Manual Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Confined space, Working at heights, Hot works permits (desirable)
• Cert IV Frontline Supervision (Well-regarded but not mandatory)
• Planning & Scheduling experience
• SAP experience
• Budgeting experience

Qualifications & Certifications

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification
• Manual Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Confined space permits (Desirable)
• Working at heights permits (Desirable)
• Hot works permits (Desirable)
• Cert IV Frontline Supervision (Desirable)
