About the Role
As the Site Administrator, you will play a key role in the daily coordination of administrative and operational activities on site. This position supports site leadership, assists with personnel mobilisation, and ensures all administrative processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to site leadership and project teams, including preparing reports, presentations, and general documentation.
- Managing correspondence, maintaining records and files, and coordinating calendars and appointments.
- Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and site documentation.
- Liaising with clients and contractors to coordinate site access requirements.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding teams by arranging site clearances and mobilisation updates.
- Coordinating flight and accommodation bookings.
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining procurement records.
- Assisting payroll with timesheet accuracy and follow‑ups.
- Supporting broader site needs and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
About You / Requirements
- Proven FIFO Site Administration experience within the mining industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative working style.
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting site teams.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and industry‑related software systems.
- Ability to complete a pre‑employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance.
- The right to work unrestricted in Australia.
- A current, valid driver’s licence.
