FIFO Operator/Skid Steer

Your new company

Hays are the recruiting experts within the Building Maintenance and Service sector and, based on an increase in labour hire positions, we are looking for Skid Steer Operators to be part of our relief pool servicing multiple sites across the Pilbara and Goldfields.

Your new role

These roles are temp/casual positions, fly-in-fly-out from Perth, usually on an 8:6, 2:2 or 2:1 roster depending on site requirements. Due to the casual nature of these roles, you must reside in the Perth region. Valid BHP or Rio Tinto inductions are beneficial in these roles.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential requirements of the role include:

• Full WA Driving Licence
• Skid Steer and Excavator
• First Aid and up-to-date CPR
• Police Clearance (within the last 12 months)
• Recent experience in an Operator Role

You must be available to start immediately following the successful completion of your pre-employment medical and inductions.
