Job Description

Civil Plant Operator | Holcim Quarry Dubbo | Mon-Fri | Full-Time Hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate haul trucks and mobile plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work across loaders, excavators, dump trucks, water carts, and crushers
  • Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
  • Follow all site safety procedures and compliance requirements
  • Assist the production team in achieving daily operational targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience operating haul trucks or mobile plant in quarry, mining, civil, or related industries
  • Current White Card (essential)
  • HR or HC Licence highly regarded
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Willingness to complete a Police Check
  • Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a team environment
