About the Role

Delta FM are currently looking for a FIFO Maintenance Manager available to commence a full time permanent position with an ongoing 14/14 Days Only roster FIFO From Perth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of tradesman from Electricians, Plumbers & Carpenter to support the maintenance of the camp
• Maintain overall delivery of services at a tactical and transactional level
• Manage planned, corrective and unplanned deliverables to ensure completed within compliance, contract and KPI timeframes.
• Working within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors and the client to ensure high quality maintenance planning
• Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure a sustainable safety culture

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience in either Facilities Maintenance, Trade management and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience
• Possess relevant trade qualifications
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
• Asset Management experience
• Facilities Management experience
• Excellent communication
• Strong computer skills
• Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
• Experience in staff recruitment, retention, rostering, and subsequent management of both permanent and casual workforces
