Your new role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Person to join our FIFO Facilities Maintenance Casual Pool. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our clients' remote sites, ensuring they are safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to;

• Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify and address any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Bin running and assisting utilities or tradespeople

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• WA Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Valid Rio Tinto Inductions are beneficial
