The Opportunity:

Our team is growing and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Airport Utility who can bring a can-do attitude, teamwork, flexibility, and a strong commitment to safety and service to join us at Roy Hill Mine Village and Ginbata Airport, in WA’s Pilbara.

You will be employed on a full-time basis on a 4:3 roster, working 12-hour days in demanding, remote environments means solid fitness and resilience are essential—if you’re driven, self-motivated, and ready for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Details:

Reporting to the Airport Manager and Senior ARO's, you will be responsible for:

• Deliver safe and efficient airport terminal operations, including:
  • Passenger check-in (Amadeus, Avsys)
  • Baggage handling, GSE operations and general ramp duties
  • Collating flight documentation (manifests, load sheets)
  • Aircraft and passenger marshalling
  • Freight operations (inward and outward)
• Maintain terminal security
• Maintain cleanliness of terminal buildings and surrounding areas (offices, amenities, carparks, baggage areas, waste removal)
• Perform aerodrome and grounds maintenance, including mowing, slashing, brush cutting, pruning, sweeping runways/aprons, weed control maintain landscaped areas and general site presentation (airside and landside)
• Follow all Health, Safety & Environment policies and safe work practices
• Adhere to emergency communication, fire and evacuation procedures
• Use PPE as required and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Report hazards, incidents, equipment faults or damage promptly

About You:

Required:

• WA C-Class licence
• Ability to work FIFO on an 4&3 Roster
• Full Working rights in Australia
• Ability to obtain and maintain ASIC and Federal Police Clearance
• Ability to undergo pre-employment medical clearance drug and alcohol screen

Advantageous:

• Aviation experience
• Qantas, Qantaslink, Skippers and Alliance trained
