Our Opportunity

**Work Location:**Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 2/1 roster (7D7N7R) ex Perth

We're seeking motivated Process Operators to join our team at Iron Bridge. You’ll be part of a diverse, supportive team committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wet or dry plant processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent performance
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Provide clear and thorough shift handovers and maintain daily reports/logs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
• Identify and mitigate hazards promptly to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience operating large-scale wet or dry processing plants (mining experience highly regarded)
• Strong safety focus and ability to conduct risk assessments
• Previous exposure to control room operations is advantageous
• Mobile plant operation experience (Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane, Telehandler) desirable
• Excellent communication skills, including effective two-way radio communication
• A valid C Class Driver’s Licence
