The Role
Our Asset Care team are seeking an experienced Administrator to be based in our Riverview office. You will be responsible for high-level administrative and coordination services, that will suit an experience administrator with strong attention to detail.
This role is to provide support to the commercial team in processing commercial compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of compliance documentation using profile information about the Asset Care business.
- Monitoring the commercial compliance mailbox for internal and external requests for information.
- Assist with completion of templated commercial documents for both suppliers and clients.
- Completing such requests for information in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, including client account setup, invoicing, monthly billing summaries, collections and portal submissions.
- Accounts Payable duties such as invoice reconciliations, coding ad entering supplier invoices and receipting of purchase orders
- Gather, review, and verify timesheet data for accuracy before submitting it to the Payroll Office for timely processing
- Proactively completing annual insurance rollovers in the various compliance portals and inbound client requests.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Possessing strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
- Strong Microsoft Skills, including MS Excel
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and people skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, specifically Word & Excel
