Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support a major industrial site on Curtis Island.

This is a hands on, site based role acting as the primary point of contact for all facilities maintenance activities and supporting contractor personnel, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facilities maintenance services including:

• General facilities building maintenance.
• Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, locksmithing, pest control.
• General facilities maintenance (mechanical, structural, painting).
• Office fixtures, fittings, equipment.
• Site access systems (P2000).
• Fleet maintenance coordination.
• Testing and tagging of lifting equipment.
• Site vegetation management.

• Coordinate servicing and repairs of fixed crane assets across the site.
• Engage, manage, and supervise subcontractors in line with site and legislative requirements.

What you will bring

• Proven facilities maintenance coordination experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong contractor management and multi discipline coordination skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSSE compliance.
• Well, organised with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote / island based environment.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.
