Experienced Forklift Operators

About the Role

The successful candidates will have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on, and physically demanding environment, where daily forklift operation is required alongside manual handling tasks, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries from sea containers, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety.

Roster: Monday to Friday (5:2) - Monday to Thursday hours are 6.00am - 2.30pm - Friday hours are 6.00am - 12.00pm

Shifts: 8 hour shifts

Rate: $36.00 flat + penalties

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators for our mineral sands warehouse in Henderson

About the Role The successful candidates will have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on, and physically demanding environment, where daily forklift operation is required alongside manual handling tasks, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries from sea containers, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety.

Key duties include:

• Operating forklifts daily, handling uglly freight (large bulker bags of mineral sands)
• Unloading trucks and transfer trucks (overtime available)
• Picking orders and packing sea containers
• Using air compressors for container packing
• Manual handling and maintaining a strong safety focus

Role Requirements

• Valid Australian drivers license REQUIRED
• Current LF forklift Licence REQUIRED
• Full Australian work rights
• Proven forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
• Loader or skid steer experience (desirable)
• Comfortable working with manual handling tasks
• SAP exposure helpful
