Are you ready to play a key role in delivering one of Western Australia’s most iconic infrastructure projects? Civmec is seeking a driven and experienced Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of Perth Park, WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct.

The Role

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the project management team
  • Preparing and submitting daily timesheets to payroll
  • Updating rosters, registers, and maintaining accurate project records
  • Supporting cost control activities including invoicing, MR creation, and expense tracking
  • Coordinating project inductions as required
  • Maintaining project data, statistics, and inspection/testing documentation
  • Assisting with the compilation of MDRs and IOMs
  • Taking minutes for meetings and distributing accurate records
  • Managing the site purchase order system and reconciling invoices
  • Upholding company Quality Assurance standards
  • Working Monday–Friday, 6:45am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays when required

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following

  • Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, or large‑scale projects
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of cost control, invoicing, and procurement processes
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality standards
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced project environment
