Are you ready to play a key role in delivering one of Western Australia’s most iconic infrastructure projects? Civmec is seeking a driven and experienced Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of Perth Park, WA’s premier entertainment and sporting precinct.

The Role
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the project management team
- Preparing and submitting daily timesheets to payroll
- Updating rosters, registers, and maintaining accurate project records
- Supporting cost control activities including invoicing, MR creation, and expense tracking
- Coordinating project inductions as required
- Maintaining project data, statistics, and inspection/testing documentation
- Assisting with the compilation of MDRs and IOMs
- Taking minutes for meetings and distributing accurate records
- Managing the site purchase order system and reconciling invoices
- Upholding company Quality Assurance standards
- Working Monday–Friday, 6:45am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays when required
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following
- Previous experience in project administration within construction, infrastructure, or large‑scale projects
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems
- Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of cost control, invoicing, and procurement processes
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality standards
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced project environment
