About Our Client

Peabody is a leading coal producer, providing essential products for the production of affordable, reliable energy and steel. Wilpinjong Mine is located in the western coalfields of NSW (50km northeast of Mudgee) and produces high-quality thermal coal for domestic and export markets.

What You Will Be Doing

• As part of the drill and blast team you will be operating drill rigs at an open cut mine

• Working safely and efficiently within a production-focused environment

• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment

What You Will Need

Minimum 12 months of open cut drilling experience operating the following drill rigs:

• Terex Reedrill series SKF

• Caterpillar MD6250

• Atlas Copco D65

• Current drivers licence

• VOCs or Training trascript validating operating experience

• Ability to complete an Order 45 Medical, including drug and alcohol testing
