About the Role
Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking candidates to join a high-performing drill & blast team across various roles on a 2:1 FIFO roster.
If you're an experienced Driller, you'll be able to step straight in and get going. If you're newer to drilling or come from a labouring or trade background, we're open to the right person and with training and upskilling offered for the right applicant leading to a long term mining career.
Driller
- $61.65 Days - $65.02 Nights
- Minimum 1 years experience as a driller (required)
- Proven experience in Diamond, Directional or RC Drilling
- Must be willing to do drill support duties
Drill Support
- $55.00 Days - $58.02 Nights
- Minimum 6 months experience required in the drill & blast industry (preferred)

What You'll Need:
- Minimum 6 months experience in the drill and blast space
- Proven experience in one or more: Drill & Blast, Diamond, Directional, or RC drilling
- Unrestricted HR Manual driver's license
- DGSC (Dangerous Goods Security Card) - or willing to obtain
- National Police Clearance - or willing to obtain
- Good communication and teamwork skills
