Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a Document Controller to join our clients offshore turnaround, commencing in mid-2026.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

• 3:3 roster
• Casual hourly rate + 40% Offshore allowance on all hours worked
• Short term project (execution will run for approximately 65 days)
• Be part of a world class FLNG facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing information into the relevant document control systems.
• Organising, recording and storing information and respond to requests for up to date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.
• Handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.
• Providing document control system export reporting.
• Working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures

What you’ll bring:

• Previous administrative experience within the resources sector
• Certificate in Business Administration or related field is desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and a sound understanding and ability to apply document control processes
• Strong computer skills – a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a larger team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proof of right to work in Australia
