About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoice and accounts payable data processing, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in improving workflows. Candidates with solid administration backgrounds will also be very capable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
• To develop a high level of product knowledge of Civeo
• Support invoicing, processing and reporting requirements
• Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations
• Generate reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
• Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
• Initiate and manage credit claims.
• Create purchase orders for Operations across various categories

Knowledge and Experience

• Some experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE desirable
• Resource, mining accommodation or hospitality experience highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal & administration skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving skills
