About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented and highly motivated Data Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in invoice and accounts payable data processing, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in improving workflows. Candidates with solid administration backgrounds will also be very capable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
- To develop a high level of product knowledge of Civeo
- Support invoicing, processing and reporting requirements
- Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations
- Generate reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
- Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
- Initiate and manage credit claims.
- Create purchase orders for Operations across various categories
Knowledge and Experience
- Some experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE desirable
- Resource, mining accommodation or hospitality experience highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal & administration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
