About the Role
Civmec is seeking experienced Crane Operators to join our Construction team on our newly awarded Pilgangoora Project with PLS. We have immediate-start opportunities on a 2:1 roster, working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team delivering a major construction project in the Pilbara, WA.
The Role
- Advantageous crawler crane experience, with hands on familiarity operating large capacity cranes across varying ground conditions, contributing to stable, controlled, and compliant lifting activities.
- Solid background working on large scale construction and resources projects, consistently delivering safe, high quality outcomes while meeting productivity expectations and maintaining strong alignment with project safety and operational standards.
- Demonstrated heavy lift expertise, supporting complex, high risk lifting operations in accordance with Civmec procedures, engineered lift plans, and ensuring every lift is executed safely and efficiently.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- CO Operators with demonstrated experience
- Proven heavy lift capability
- Crawler crane experience (highly regarded)
- Valid White Card (Nationally Recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card)
- Prior experience working on construction project sites
- Crane VOC (desirable)
- Ability to successfully complete a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
