Contracts Administrator

Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy based in West Leederville who are looking to bring on a Contracts Administrator to support their growing project portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects in a structured, detail-focused environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and technically strong team.

The role will see you:

• Reviewing and negotiating contract terms, including maintaining clarification registers
• Managing correspondence, registers, and project documentation
• Supporting contract award processes and project setup
• Providing contract support across multiple projects
• Assisting with compliance, performance tracking, and project reviews
• Managing subcontractor engagement, compliance, and evaluations
• Supporting pre-qualifications and tendering activities
• Handling variations and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
• Exposure to construction, engineering, or consulting environments
• Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
• Driver's License and reliable car
