Contractor Engagement Administrator

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Contractor Engagement Administrator to join our Projects Division working from our Perth CBD Head Office. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

• Onboarding of subcontractors into internal and client systems and ensuring they are fully compliant prior to mobilisation to site
• Reviewing Contractor Labour Lists for each mobilisation to ensure compliance
• Ensuring early engagement with contracting companies and maintain communication to prevent onboarding delays
• Assisting with the coordination of subcontractor mobilisations with Projects and Operations teams across major client sites (Rio Tinto, Fortescue, BHP, Goldfields)
• Maintaining accurate sub-contractor compliance records in internal systems

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in contractor onboarding, mobilisation, project administration, HR/People Support, or compliance roles is highly desirable
• Experience within the mining/resources, construction, or shutdown environments is an advantage
• High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documentation
• Ability to interpret compliance requirements and contractor documentation
