Contract Coordinator

Breight Group is seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Contract Coordinator to support the delivery of maintenance, shutdown, and project works across our operations.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for converting client requirements into structured, compliant, and commercially sound project setups—ensuring seamless coordination between Operations, Workforce Planning, and Mobilisation teams.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will act as the central point of coordination for client contracts—from initial RFQs through to handover for execution.

You will play a critical role in ensuring job scopes, budgets, and resource plans are accurately developed and aligned with contract terms, supporting efficient delivery and strong commercial outcomes.

About You
You are commercially aware, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced project environments. You can confidently interpret client requirements and translate them into structured, actionable plans. You will bring:

• Experience in contract coordination, project administration, or operational support
• Exposure to maintenance, shutdown, or project-based environments
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Ability to interpret RFQs, schedules, and project plans
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
• Experience in mining, resources, oil & gas, or heavy industry (desirable)
