About the Company
Our client is an industry leader in the residential and commercial construction industry, currently looking to add another Contracts Administrator to their growing team in their South Perth office.
About the Role
This role will see you providing strong support to the project management team, responsible for:
- Providing efficient routine administration to the team, assisting with raising purchase orders, subcontractor/supplier invoices, and reconciliation.
- Managing project documentation, including tenders, reports, permits, licences and other general applications.
- Updating clients, suppliers and contractors on project schedules.
- Updating variations, claims and project processes.
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as required by management.

About You / Requirements
- Previous office administration experience, ideally with exposure to working with various projects or contracts.
- Genuine interest in the construction industry with strong computer skills.
- Construction white card (or willingness to obtain).
- Drivers licence and full Australian working rights.
