Concrete Batcher / Hollowcore Worker

Due to a surge in the building and construction industry, our client, who is a WA owned supplier of pre-cast concrete products and are seeking a Batcher to work in their hollowcore section located in Naval Base on an ongoing basis.

About the role:

This role will see you working within the hollowcore area of the factory operating the automated batching machine and hopper along with some front-end loader driving. In addition to this you will be required to perform some general labouring duties such as packing and stacking, using power tools to cut metal and assisting with concrete pours and transporting of steel.

Requirements:

• Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Loader ticket / VOC or experienced in loader operating is highly advantageous
• Forklift license - bonus although not essential
• Intermediate computer skills and competent in entering accurate data
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
• Permanent resident of Australia with full working rights

In this role, you will be required to work from 6am - 4pm (Monday to Friday) and in return you will be offered a generous hourly rate of $50 - $55 p/hr (flat). Some OT may be available.
