About the Role

Based at Mt Thorley, you will travel regularly to Gunnedah and Mudgee to ensure consistent service delivery, strong customer relationships, disciplined financial management and a high-performance team culture. You will work closely with mining customers, senior account managers and regional leaders to deliver safe, efficient and profitable operations.

Role Located: Mount Thorley (with regular travel to Gunnedah & Mudgee)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Komatsu’s Service, Parts and Product Support operations across Mt Thorley, Gunnedah and Mudgee
• Lead a team of 175 people
• Drive operational, customer and financial performance across the region
• Travel regularly to Gunnedah and Mudgee to ensure consistent service delivery
• Build strong customer relationships and work closely with mining customers, senior account managers and regional leaders
• Deliver safe, efficient and profitable operations
• Maintain a high-performance team culture aligned to Komatsu values
• Based at Mt Thorley with regular travel

About You / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ combined experience across Parts and Service in mining, construction or heavy equipment
• Proven senior leadership capability managing large teams and contractors
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and enhance regional performance
• Experience in WIP control, inventory management and operational leadership
• Ability to build a safe, high‑performance culture aligned to Komatsu values
• Diploma in Management (or equivalent experience)
